Halfmoon Roasting Lab Refund Policy
Because coffee is a food product and is roasted to maintain freshness, all coffee sales are generally final.
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or there is an issue with your order, please contact Halfmoon Roasting Lab within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product or packaging when applicable.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
We cannot offer refunds for:
Coffee that has been opened or used because of personal taste preferences
Incorrect grind or product selections made during checkout
Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Normal variations in coffee flavor, appearance, or roast
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Halfmoon Roasting Lab roasts coffee in small batches with a focus on delivering fresh coffee to our customers.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Halfmoon Roasting Lab is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied during checkout.
